WARRANTIES
The quality of a window is determined by the characteristics of the materials used (profiles, glass and hardware) and by its manufacturer. At MMAlumínios, we guarantee the quality of our work and services, as well as all subsequent liabilities.
Content of the warranties:
MMAlumínios is confident in the quality of its products and will carry out any necessary repairs free of charge. Warranties are valid from the date of purchase, with the duration adjustable depending on the type of work and location. To claim this warranty, you must present the original purchase invoice as proof of purchase.

10-year warranty for white, film or painted PVC profiles against discoloration or serious warping due to faulty manufacture and/or assembly (duly proven).
2-year warranty for fixings against breaks due to faulty manufacture and/or assembly (duly proven).
10-year warranty for windows against loss of insulation or cover defects due to manufacturing and/or assembly faults (duly proven).
5-year warranty of the manufacture of the window, at the time of its conversion, against manufacturing and/or assembly faults (duly proven).
2-year warranty of adjustments to windows and doors that do not open/close properly (duly proven).
2-year warranty for blinds, compact blinds and electric motors against breakage and for manufacturing and/or assembly faults (duly proven).
Nota: The customer or a certified company must perform periodic adjustments and lubrication every 6 months on their windows and doors (duly proven) in order to activate the warranty. Warranties are not valid and cannot be activated in situations resulting from: glass breakage due to thermal shock, burglary, robbery, violence and public and/or private disorder, force majeure events, negligence and/or lack of care or lack of recommended maintenance or abusive use of the systems by the Customer and/or third parties (regardless of the cause arising from these behaviors).
