The Technical Assistance service is made up of a team of MMalumínios installers, spread from the North to the South of Portugal. MMalumínios guarantees 100% quality and proper functioning of all the products it sells. Whether your product is within or out of warranty (see the warranty section), we can help you find the best solution.

Before requesting Technical Assistance, we suggest that you check the type of windows/doors installed as well as the detected issue so that your problem can be resolved as efficiently as possible.

This service is open during working hours, from Monday to Friday, from 8am to 5pm, except on public vacations and vacation periods.
